Online registration will be possible from February 2, 2026.

After successful registration you will receive a confirmation by email to the address you specified in the registration process.

Please transfer the registration fee to the bank account specified in the confirmation email and please do not forget to mention your registration number, otherwise we might have problems to allocate your payment!

Student

A scanned copy of your student identity card (or other document) is requested by email to esps2026@registration.eu. This registration fee only applies to full time students and doctoral students registered at a university. Students are eligible for the student poster and student talk awards.

Early Career Stage Researcher

A scanned copy of your PhD-certificate is requested by email to esps2026@registration.eu. This registration fee only applies to researcher in a career position at a university, whose graduation was no more than 6 years ago. Early Career Stage Researcher are eligible for presentation awards.

Registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, lunch (including beaverage), entrance fee for excursions, Get Together Party and Conference Dinner. Registration fees do include 20% tax (VAT).

Early Bird registration ends on June 1, 2026, after this date the standard fee applies.

Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. Their fee include the get together party on Monday, the small afternoon excursions on Tuesday, the large excursion as well as the conference dinner on Thursday. Accompanying person must register sparately using this form.

Additional information: Due to high season in September we recommend to register and book your accommodation as soon as possible!

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Payment can be done

  • by bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient) to the conference bank account, or
  • by credit card (an additional transaction fee of 3.0% of the total costs will be charged)

Information about the bank account or credit card payment will be noted down on the invoice, which you will receive after your registration.

If you registered for the early bird registration fee please bear in mind, that the registration fee must reach the bank account by June 22, 2026, otherwise we will charge you the standard registration fee.

 

For cancellation before August 3, 2026 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after August 3, 2026 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
