- the total duration of your talk should be:
Plenary lectures: 35 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
Invited lectures: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
Oral presentations: 15 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion - please introduce yourself to the chairman
- please supply us with the file of your presentation at least one day before your talk. You can hand it over in the slide center (where you can test the file on our laptops as well), or (preferably) by uploading to the could (the link to your private folder will be sent to you in a separate email).
For safety reasons we kindly ask you to upload a (nonfinal) version before your journey to Vienna! - presentations will be played on our laptops, no private laptops will be allowed
- presentations must be supplied as PPTX- or PDF-Files, the beamer supports 1920x1200 pixel (16:10)
- you can test your presentation in the slide center during the breaks
- we will supply you with pointing devices
- technical staff will be available during your presentation
- a certificate of attendance with the info that you have given a talk (digitally signed) will be sent to you by email the day after your presentation. If you need a rubber stamped and signed hardcopy of a certificate please contact the registration desk (not later than Thursday).
We would like to send you notifications on important updates on the organization of the event (maybe once in 3 months).
